Built-in PLC function (optional)
A PLC system designed specifically for the Tapping Center NC is built into the NC, eliminating burdensome settings between the NC and the PLC. ※ Optional ‘PLC programming software’ is required to edit or monitor ladder programs on a PC.

Enhanced rigidity and heat expansion compensation achieves spindle speed of 8,000 min-1 and roundness of 5 μm (dia. 80 mm)
Prevention of coolant splashing onto the column which affects heat expansion, improved difference in rigidity in the X and Y-axes directions of the spindle head and column, enhanced spindle rigidity to minimize influence of tool imbalance, and adoption of the XY-axes heat expansion compensation function (software).
